Executive Chef Matthew Gilbert heads the culinary team, which offers a wide range of dishes including fresh seafood, handmade pasta, hand cut steaks, and so much more.

Our executive chef Matthew Gilbert worked previously at Connor’s Grillroom in Dallas and Rob Friedman’s Dallas restaurant The Beaumont Inn before joining the culinary team at Kevin’s. The driving force of the kitchen, Chef Gilbert has created a menu filled with hand-cut steaks, pasta made by hand, and declious desserts that no one can pass up!
